  27. It doesn't have as fast a throughput as a USR Sportster but the
  28. difference is less than 10%;  yet the Cardinal is 25% cheaper.

  30. Get a Cardinal and save the extra money for next year when you'll want
  31. to geteither a cable modem or an ISDN adapter.      :)
